Clear limits, dependable daily work

How do plan limits work?

Free and Pro limits apply across the whole business. The owner does not count toward the team limit; invited managers do. Contact us if you need more than Pro. Technical safety limits still apply, including 30 tasks per template and 20 pending invitations at a time. Send invitations in batches as people join. Photo uploads are not available yet.

Will I lose records if I use Free later?

No plan change deletes or hides completed work, cancels shifts or revokes staff. Existing work stays usable. If your business is above its plan limits, adding locations, inviting new team members and adding or enabling checklists is restricted until you reduce usage or agree a suitable plan.

Will I be charged on 1 February?

No. Pro access continues free until billing is ready. There is no card collection, automatic charge or automatic downgrade. Final checkout and tax details will be shown before any future purchase.
